The Myth Of The Magpie?

The Myth Of The Magpie? asks a question. The magpie has a reputation for being a stealer of shiny things and I have shown one in a nest that has coins and jewellry in and on the twigs that it is made from. Perhaps this is just a myth - hance the question-mark at the end of the title. Ely Cathedral can be seen on the horizon  a reminder that many of my prints are set in my local area.

This is one of my larger engravings, the image being 17.7 x 12.6 cm (7 x 5 inches), surrounded by a clear border. The edition of 125 was printed on smooth Zerkall paper.
